Sales and Refund Policy

All sales from Soap Templates are final due to the digital nature and instant delivery of our products. There will be no refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

License and Use

When you purchase a template from Soap Templates, you are granted a single-use license for one website only. For multiple projects or clients, you must purchase a separate license for each use.

Restrictions

You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share Soap Templates products. All templates are copyrighted and cannot be claimed as your own or used in any commercial distribution without permission.

Support Policy

We provide support for issues related to template installation and file downloads. However, we do not offer support for general Squarespace inquiries, template modifications, or coding issues.

Hosting and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for choosing, paying for, and maintaining their Squarespace hosting, including domain registration and plan selection. If a template needs to be resent due to expired trials or accidental changes, a new purchase is required.

Intellectual Property

All templates are the intellectual property of Soap Templates. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the current Terms.
